Miranda Gray is experienced in a wide range of Reiki schools and has been a Reiki Master for 10 years. She teaches both in the UK and in Canada, and having recently moved to Southampton is now offering monthly Reiki workshops.

What is exciting about Reiki is that you can do it any time, any place, anywhere and no one needs to know! You can give yourself a quick five minute boost in a lunch break, in a traffic jam, or before an important meeting. You can also use Reiki to to support your friends and family and even your plants and pets.

Anyone can learn Reiki. You don't need to believe in anything in particular; just come with an open mind and a willingness to enjoy new experiences!

“2010 is going to be a busy year!

As the energies shift more and more people are feeling the draw to energy work and they
are more able to take higher vibrational attunements and activations in a shorter timescale.
To reflect this I am reducing the time between the levels and encouraging students to
go for the level 3 class sooner rather than later and I will be running more level 3
classes in 2010. There are additional levels 4 and 5 for those who wish to take their self-development further.

New to Hampshire - Touching the Light asension energy and activation course. This
course focuses on the energy activation aspect of the Shantihi system and is ideal for people
who wish to explore > ascension techniques for their own personal development.

New website section for Shantihi practitioners. If you would like to have your details
on the website, please let me know. Also if you are appearing at or running any events I am
happy to promote them for you. ”

Please note:

If you are Reiki 2 in a non-shantihi form of Reiki you will need to take a
one-day catchup class before doing the level 3 weekend.

If you are Reiki 1 in a non-shantihi form of Reiki there will be an extra hour of teaching for you included in the class to teach you the Shantihi specific techniques.
